Yes! While experience is helpful, it’s not required. We work with both seasoned investors and first-timers, focusing instead on the deal’s potential and your plan for success.

After closing, rehab funds are advanced through draws. You submit a request with supporting documentation as work progresses, and a quick inspection verifies completion before funds are released.

Our fix and flip loans usually run 6–18 months, with interest-only payments. Rates and terms depend on your experience, project, and market, but are always competitive and clearly presented in our term sheet.
